Watch and taste dishes while Executive Chef Dan Creyke from Terminal City Club in Vancouver joins us for two special nights. 

About Our Visiting Chef

Executive Chef Dan Creyke from Terminal City Club in Vancouver, has been cooking professionally since 2005, following 10 years teaching English in Thailand, Italy and Vancouver.

Executive Chef Dan Creyke began his culinary journey at two iconic Vancouver restaurants, C Restaurant and Raincity Grill, where he worked his way from kitchen commis to sous chef while learning the craft and gaining a deep understanding and respect for the importance of sustainability, seasonality and locality in the kitchen.

Executive Chef Dan Creyke moved to Terminal City Club in 2011 as Chef de Partie, becoming Executive Chef in 2017. He leads a culinary team of around 40. With his culinary leadership team, he is continually pushing the offerings in all of Terminal City Club’s outlets and banqueting with the aim of providing the best City Club dining experiences in the country!

Seating is limited to 14. The evening is $250 per person ($200 without wine pairings). Members are invited to reserve with reception at T 204.942.5438 or through the button below.

Reservations are considered confirmed within 24 hours of the event date (cancellations are no longer valid within 24 hours of the start time of the event). Prices are per person with taxes and surcharges being additional.
