Executive Chef Mickaël Cazemayor, Pastry Chef Éric Bari and Head Sommelier, Domer Rafael ccm, isg, have curated a special edition afternoon tea. In addition to the club’s traditional tea service where members may sip Cornelia Bean teas and enjoy treats, savoury selections of sandwiches, scones, traditional clotted cream, pastries, cakes and macarons, this tea features a mimosa bar, domestic and international cheese cart and a Champagne flight.
