The ladies of Manitoba Club are invited to join Mrs. Doneta A. Brotchie (Manitoba Club Past President) in welcoming Mr. Rick Frost at the Ladies’ Speaker's Club Luncheon. About Mr. Richard Frost

During his career, Mr. Richard L. Frost held positions in municipal leadership and promoted the importance of documenting heritage and history in the region of Peel and throughout Manitoba. His initiatives inspired scholarship programs for Manitoban History Graduate students and donations to over 50 Manitoban museums and archives.

In 1997, Mr. Richard L. Frost started his 23-year position as CEO of The Winnipeg Foundation. Between 1997 and 2021, The Winnipeg Foundation increased its annual distributions by over $75 million. Today, the foundation contributes to 1,000 community groups annually. In 2020, Mr. Richard L. Frost was honoured with membership to the Order of Manitoba. Manitoba Club is honoured to welcome Mr. Richard L. Frost as the guest of honour at the 44th Annual Gentlemen’s Dinner Celebrating St. Andrew’s Day and the Ladies’ Speaker’s Club luncheon.

Highlights of Mr. Richard L. Frost’s accomplishments include:
