The club balances over 140 years of tradition with modern-day technologies including meeting/conference spaces and private dining. Special interest rooms, such as the Billiard's Lounge, Wine Lounge and the Cigar Room are available to members and their invited guests.
On-Site Business Centre
Manitoba Club's Business Centre is for our member's exclusive use as a dedicated workspace. This location offers the finest mix of a semi-private workspace in an atmosphere indicative of Manitoba Club. The Business Centre features a central work station that can be sub-divided into up to eight semi-private work stations with privacy glass. The room has two dedicated computer workstations (PC and Mac) for member use. The perimeter of the space features soft seating appropriate for reading the newspaper or catching up on calls and email along with charging stations and a wireless printer. Formerly the Library, the original fireplace mantle has been carefully restored.
Corporate Events & Culinary Experiences
Manitoba Club's Corporate and Private Events Manager is available to assist members and event planners with booking corporate and team-building events. The club is available for galas, press conferences, client appreciations, dinners, meetings, trade shows, training sessions, receptions and retirement parties. Members are welcome to enjoy the club’s culinary experiences including booking off-site catering for corporate lunches, barbecues and celebrations at work. The club's take-out and delivery menu (including the Fort Garry Gate dining room and Bistro menus) are available for take-out and delivery to members at their offices.
Top 100 City Club Visits
Manitoba Club was recently included as a Platinum Clubs of the World Five Star Clubs of Excellence Top 100 City Club, one of only ten clubs in Canada to receive this prestigious appointment. A unique benefit to members for the club’s achievement of being voted into the Top 100 list is that members may now have the opportunity to visit clubs included on the Top 100 list—expanding the private club experience past the doors of 194 Broadway.
