Currently the Executive Chef at The Vancouver Club in downtown Vancouver, Chef Jerome Norton oversees all food and beverage outlets, including the Bar & Grill restaurant.
South African born, Jerome’s international experience includes lead roles at the Westin Wall Centre, Fairmont Pacific Rim, Four Seasons Resort in Whistler and spearheading the pre-opening of the fine dining View Restaurant at the Four Seasons the Westcliff, Johannesburg. Jerome has also represented South Africa as Captain of the South African National Culinary Team in 2013, earning accolades on the international competition stage at the IKA Culinary Olympics and Salon Culinaire Mondial in Basel, Switzerland.
