First Course: Smoked Fish Appetizer
Smoked Goldeye, Smoked Pickerel and Smoked Mackerel with Accoutrements
Optional Pairing: Sookrams's Brewing Cult Classic Pilsner, Manitoba CAN
Cult Classic is a pale, golden lager full of crisp hops and bready malts. The zesty spice and floral notes from the hops balance the malt sweetness before this Pilsner's crisp finish.
Second Course: Green Bean and Bacon Salad
with Toasted Almonds, Hard-boiled Egg and Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette

This beer has fresh citrus and ginger aromas, with soft saison yeast aromas of bubble gum. The taste is light malt with citrus (blood orange) and ginger with a smooth finish.
Third Course: 10 oz. Dry-Aged Striploin
with Morel Mushroom Sauce, Grilled Vegetables and Baked Potato
Optional Pairing: 2016 Wrath Wines KW Ranch Syrah, Santa Lucia Highlands, USA
The 2016 KW Ranch Syrah is wildly aromatic with flashes of black pepper, smoked meat, blackberries, leather and cassis. The palate is thick, powerful and succulently juicy.
