Grand Ballroom II will glow over an exquisite three-course dinner and lively after-dinner concert by Luminous String Quartet. Join us at 6:00 p.m. for an ultraviolet Friday night out exploring the most iconic themes and songs that have hit the big screen from the 1930s to present day.

The concert night will include:

• Chef-curated hors-d’œuvres
• Sparkling wine reception
• Three-course dinner (with choice of entrée)
• Emcee and radio D.J. Beau Fritzsche (Bounce 99.9 FM)
• Performance by Luminous String Quartet
• Music by John Williams, Ennio Morricone, Harold Faltermeyer and more
• Members and their invited guests are welcome!

 
Glowing Culinary Artistry Unveiled

The evening will be lit by black light for a special third-course presentation. Members and their guests are encouraged to wear white or neon to enjoy the glowing effects during the night.

• First Course | Black Ink Seafood Ravioli with Basil Purée and Saffron Velouté, Microgreens and Shaved Manchego
• Second Course Option One | Roasted Buffalo Rub New York Strip Loin with St. Agur Sauce and Sour Cherry Smoked Mushroom Risotto
• Second Course Option Two | Tempura King Salmon with Yuzu Corn Velouté, Yam Potato, Furikake Sticky Rice
• Third Course: Chocolate Brownie with Whiskey Mousse and Black Berry Ice Cream  

Members may book tables for themselves and their invited guests with reception ($140 per person, individual reservations also welcome).

Reservations are considered confirmed within 24 hours of the event date (cancellations are no longer valid within 24 hours of the start time of the event). Prices are per person with taxes and surcharges being additional.
