Manitoba Club’s philosophy is simple—perfection. From the sourcing of premium and fresh ingredients by Executive Chef Mickael Cazemayor, to the preparation techniques that honour centuries of culinary traditions, it is our utmost objective to ensure that our members experience a level of gastronomy of unparalleled quality. The membership of Manitoba Club is extremely fortunate to have full-time access to a brilliantly talented and dedicated staff of chefs, who work together to blend modern Canadian and old-world European disciplines and sensibilities to deliver the best cuisine in the Province on a daily basis. The club’s ultra-exclusive wine program (detailed on page 8), encompassing in excess of 400 producers, continually refreshes under the careful eye of Manitoba Club Sommelier, Domer Rafael, ISG.
